Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dt.18.09.2017 made to 3rd respondent for conduct of tapping test for persons admitted as members of the 5th respondentSociety has not been disposed of by the 3rd respondent till date.

The Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.18.09.2017 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
