THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16798 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in refusing to receive, register and release the document presented by him in relation to his property situated in TS.No.162/2 of Salur Village and Municipality, Vizianagaram. Similar refusal by the registration authorities in relation to another extent of land in this very survey number fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.8849 of

2015. A copy of the order dated 31.03.2015 passed therein is placed on record. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Salur, Vizianagaram District to receive the document presented by the petitioner for registration without reference to the classification of the said land as Gramakantam, consider the same and pass orders for registration, if the document is otherwise in accordance with law.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed, in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
