HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.11511 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.1174 of 2014 on the file of the Court of X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case ended in acquittal and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
