HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39161 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in not granting digital pass books/E-pass books to the petitioners in respect of the lands in Survey No.111/A2 to an extent of Acs.4.20 guntas and Survey No.111/AA2, to an extent of Acs.4.20 guntas, situated at Naramvarigudem Village, Aswaraopet Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District and in not including the petitioners' names as beneficiaries of Ryot Bandhu Scheme. Heard both sides.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is already pending before the competent authority, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 05.06.2018, and take action in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
