In view of the same, following the same, this writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioners subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation within a period of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of power supply. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
