B.V.APARNA LAKSHMI presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent in interfering with the sale and distribution of bio-product of petitioner-Company, i.e., Paristar, by issuing Memo No. PP.II(1)2085/2005, dated 21-01-2006 and Letter No.

PP.II(1)2085/2005, dated 21-01-2006 as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent not to interfere with in any manner in the sale and distribution of bio products including from the licensed premises of the dealers/stockists under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Fertilizers Control (Order) Act, 1985.;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. B.V.APARNA LAKSHMI, Advocate for the Petitioner and

directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
