CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P. No.37558 of 2016 Dt: 02.11.2016 Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Habeas Corpus for producing the husband of the petitioner viz., Abood Bamasdoos, S/o. Abud Bin Masdoos before the Court.

At the hearing, Mr.Mohd.Gayasuddin, learned Counsel representing Mr.Gulam Rabbani, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, the husband of the petitioner has been released and that therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.
