I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to permit the 5th petitioner-A.13 to represent 4th petitioner-A.11 as GPA holder from the GPA filed. Hence I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed.

The petitioners 1 to 5/accused Nos.1, 2, 5, 11 & 13 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused Nos.1, 2, 5, 11 & 13 in C.C.No.332 of 2016 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.154 of 2015 of WPS, CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 & 323 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused Nos.1, 2, 5, 11 & 13 in C.C.No.332 of 2016 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
