Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2018 is stated to be pending with the respondents for issuance of digital pass books / Epass books in respect of the subject lands and for including his name as beneficiary under Ryot Bandhu Scheme, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent / competent authority to consider the said representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
