Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order dated 08.01.2014 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No. 122 of 2014 has been complied with by the respondents, as such, the subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous.

The above submission is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
