HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 34707 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner has filed this writ petition contending that his representation dated 13.07.2017, seeking extension of orders dated 20.05.2016, as were given to one K.Sammaiah, AE, has not been disposed of by the second respondent.

Sri P.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 states that said representation will be considered by the second respondent and disposed of, within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 13.07.2017, made by the petitioner, within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
