THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7998 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.47 of 2016 on the file of Mirchowk Police Station, Hyderabad. It is alleged that the petitioners hatched up a plan to grab the property mentioned in the complaint by creating sale deeds. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were falsely implicated in the above crime and that the dispute referred in the report is purely civil in nature. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a counter opposing this petition. It is stated in the counter that the petitioners are involved in other cases and in view of the nature of the allegations, their custodial interrogation is necessary and therefore, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
