This petition is filed by the petitioners who are working in TSSPDCL and TSNPDCL challenging the impugned proceedings in T.O.O.

(Jt.Secy-Per) Ms.No.151, dated 13-10-2017.

Heard Sri K.G.Krishnamurthy, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners.

Sri G.Vidyasagar, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that the impugned proceedings are issued by the Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited and it does not affect the petitioners. Admittedly, the petitioners are not working in the Transmission Corporation of Telengana Limited and the impugned proceedings are not going to affect the petitioners. The petitioners have no cause of action to challenge the impugned proceedings. After writ petition is filed, limited interim order is granted.

On the other hand, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that though implead petition is filed, as on the date of filing of writ petition there was no cause of action for the petitioners to challenge the impugned proceedings. In view of the same, though the matter was argued for some time, since on that ground, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
