THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37947 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner was initially appointed as Junior Accounts Officer in KTPS Project, Paloncha, Khammam District, in the year 2003. Thereafter, she was promoted as Assistant Accounts Officer and later, promoted as Accounts Officer. She states that she submitted a representation to the first respondent on 26.08.2016 requesting for appointment as Company Secretary. The third respondent was appointed as Company Secretary on contract basis for a period of one year. When the case of the petitioner was not considered even after one year, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that a Notification was issued for appointment of Company Secretary by way of direct recruitment on 01.11.2017.

In view of the Notification already issued, it is for the petitioner to apply pursuant to the said Notification if she wants or to take appropriate proceedings, but no relief can be granted pursuant to her representation dated 26.08.2016.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 27.11.2017 pln
