THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25157 OF 2014 ORDER:

The 20 petitioners in this writ petition sought for a Writ of Mandamus for declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting them to appear for the written test and interview which was scheduled on 31.08.2014, for selection to the posts of Junior Assistants/LDC notified by the respondents on 22.12.2011 as amended by notification dated 28.02.2014, as illegal.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent Sri P.Anand Seshu would draw my attention to the statement contained in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the 4th respondent that the petitioners have all been issued necessary Hall-tickets and they were subjected to the written examination and the further follow-up action pursuant to the writ petitioners appearance at the written examination, would follow on the inter se merit of the candidates in the said examination.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

All the miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
