Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 15-12-2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.31378 of 2014.

In view of the same, following the same, the writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to release the additional loads as early as possible to the petitioner which shall be subject to the outcome of the regularization scheme to be framed by the Government of Telangana State. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
