Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the representation dated 18-08-2017 made by the petitioner to the 1st respondent, suffice it direct the 1st respondent consider the said representation made by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
