Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioner on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.12 of 2016-17 of V.Madugula Proh.

And Excise Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii) of N.D.P.S.Act.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage. Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
