After making submissions for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the order of the Gram Panchayat dated 25.10.2018 directing him to evict the subject premises.

Permission is accorded. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
