2.

Petitioner seeks grant of pattadar passbook and title deed with regard to land in survey No.404/C and admeasuring AC.2-00 guntas situated at Ashwaraopally Village,Raghunadhpally Mandal, Warrangal District. The averments of the petition show that petitioner has made an application in the year 2014 for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. Since no action is taken on the said application, petitioner made an application on 05.05.2015 before respondent No.3 under Right to Information Act, 2005. Thereby, respondent No.3 furnished copy of the panchanama conducted on 13.05.2014 along with the cover letter dated 12.05.2015. After receipt of the copy of the panchanama dated 13.05.2014 petitioner has submitted a written representation, dated 18.05.2015 before respondent No.3 for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. However, alleging inaction on the part of respondent No.3, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Keeping in view the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent No.3 to consider petitioner's aforesaid application and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
