THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11706 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.170 of 2016 of Amangal Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D and 506 read with 34 IPC and Sections 11 and 12 of the PCFSO Act, 2012, against the petitioner.

Learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime filed Charge Sheet and hence, no further orders required to be passed in this petition. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
