Ramky Infrastructure Limited, NAM Project, Addanki Highway, Piduguralla, Guntur District, rep. by its Authorised Officer. .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property being an extent Ac.3.29 gts. in Sy.No.486 situate in Madugulapalli Village, Tipparthi Mandal, Nalgonda District, declaring the action of the respondents as illegal and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and violation of Doctrine of principles of natural justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, Advocate for the Petitioner and G.P. for Roads & Buildings (TG) for Respondent Nos.1 to 3, the Court made the following ORDER:

On instructions, it is stated by the learned Government Pleader that except in accordance with law, the respondents herein will not interfere with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-29 gts situated in Sy.No.486 of Madugulapalli Village, Tipparthi Mandal, Nalgonda District.

Therefore, the respondents are directed not interfere with the

petitioner's possession except in accordance with law. Post the matter after Summer Vacation, 2015.
