Today, when the matters are taken up, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader Sri Sharath, appearing for the Government that the Respondents herein will continue the petitioners herein till the expiry of the contract period, subject to compliance of requirement of Biometric Authentication and all other mandatory requirements including supply to the place indicated by the Department.

Recording the said submission, the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
