ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the order dated 13.05.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.141 of 2016 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ongole, and the consequential reminder notice, dated 22.07.2016, issued by the Advocate Commissioner for taking physical possession of the schedule properties.

2. After arguing the case, Mrs.J.Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to her clients to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal before which S.A.No.8 of 2016 is pending.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.30757 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
