The petitioner states that he made an application on 11-10-2014 before the 3rd respondent seeking mutation and issuance of E-Pattadar passbooks. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the fact that the petitioner's application is pending since 11-10-2014, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
