2. Petitioner seeks mutation in the place of her husband for various lands and she is stated to have made a representation, dated 02.11.2012 before the fourth respondent. Alleging that no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed seeking mutation as well as grant of pattadar passbook.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not made any application in the prescribed proforma under Form 6A r/w Rules 18 and 19 of the Rules framed under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.
4. No relief can be granted in the present writ petition inasmuch as the petitioner has not made any application as prescribed under the Rules. However, petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application in terms of the Rules and if such an application is made, the fourth respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. Subject to the liberty, as above, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
