Petitioner's grievance is that his vehicle bearing No.AP 22 W 5038 has been seized under Vehicle Check Report dt.30.03.2017 on the basis of the grounds mentioned therein. 2.

Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner will comply with all the conditions which he is found to have violated in the Vehicle Check Report.

In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle, subject to his compliance with the conditions which he is found to have violated in the said Vehicle Check Report. However, the assessment proceedings may go on and the penalty imposed may not be recovered for a period of 30 days, as imposition of penalty is appealable. If no appeal is preferred or no order is obtained, the penalty becomes liable to be paid. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
