Heard.

The petitioner states that he has a valid permit and sanction plan from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation being Building Permit No.28015/HO/CZ/Cir-7/2013, dated 17-09-2013, and accordingly started construction at premises bearing H.Nos.11-6-180, 181 and 189 situated at Nampally, Hyderabad. Alleging that the revenue authorities are interfering with the construction work, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions and states that so far as the 4th respondent is concerned, there was never any interference as alleged by the petitioner and so far as the 3rd respondent is concerned, it is stated that the appeal filed by one Andalamma is pending before the 3rd respondent and in that connection, the 3rd respondent has called for the copies of the documents of the land in question and except that, there is no interference by either of respondents 3 and 4. In view of the said specific instructions that there is no interference by respondents 3 and 4, no further orders are called for and recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
