THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 to 5 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11508 of 2018 ORDER :

The 3rd respondent victim girl and her father 2nd respondentdefacto-complainant and the petitioners 1 to 3 in the Criminal Petition who are A.1 to A.3 in S.C.No.111 of 2017 on the file of the Asst.Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, outcome of Cr.No.37 of 2012 of Halia Police Station, Nalgonda District registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.366 read with 109 IPC, are present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and they sought permission to compromise the matter and compound the offences vide I.A.Nos. 3 to 5 of 2018 by recording the compromise and therefrom to quash the proceedings against the petitioners.

Heard both the parties and perused the record. In view of the compromise between the parties, they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos. I.A. Nos. 3 to 5 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed by quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.111 of 2017 on the file of the Asst.Sessions Judge, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and they are acquitted.
