This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief :

" .. to issue an order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner for change of management, name, and for shifting the college, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable, violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondent to consider of the petitioner for change in management, name from JES College of Education to St.Xavier's Educational Society and for shifting the college etc., as requested in letters dt. 15.4.2014 and 10.3.2015." The only grievance in the writ petition is with regard to nonconsideration of the representations dated 15.4.2014 and 10.3.2015 submitted by the petitioner herein, wherein the petitioner sought for change of name, management and for shifting the college. It is the complaint of the petitioner that no orders have been passed on the said representations and the said aspect is not disputed by the other side.

In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition itself with a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the representations dated 15.4.2014 and 10.3.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, by passing appropriate orders within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order,

as per law.
