THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.527 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 15.12.2014 in I.A.No.5255 of 2014 in O.S.No.13 of 2008 on the file of the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

The petitioner herein is the plaintiff in the said suit filed for recovery of money. Defendant Nos.1 and 2 filed I.A.No.5255 of 2014 seeking to summon the record in Cr.No.691 of 2004 (C.C.No.253 of 2006 on the file of the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Criminal Court, Hyderabad) from the Station House Officer, Police Station, CCS, DD, CCS, Hyderabad. The said application was allowed on 15.12.2014.

In the present Civil Revision Petition no interim order of suspension or stay of proceedings was granted. In view of the same, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the impugned order, the Station House Officer appeared before the Court and, as such, he states that he does not want to prosecute the present Civil Revision Petition. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
