It is brought to the notice of this Court that the cause in this Petition does not survive for adjudication as main suit i.e., O.S.No.112 of 2014 pending on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Yemmiganur, settled before Lok Adalat and an award has been passed on 11.07.2015.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
