This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.499 of 2014 of Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506 and 509 I.P.C. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 25.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and C.C No.187 of 2015 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
