ORDER:
Petitioners complain of the pendency of Inam Case No.L/4113/2014 before the third respondent since 2014.
Petitioners state that written arguments were already filed and the ORC sought for is still under consdieration and not disposed of as yet.
2. Learned Government Pleader states, on instructions, that the aforesaid Inam case was already posted for hearing on 19.12.2015 and it has since been adjourned to 23.12.2015.
3. Since the said application of the petitioners is required to be considered on its own merits and disposed of in accordance with the Andhra Pradesh Telangana Area Abolition of Inams Act, it is just and appropriate to direct the third respondent to hear the parties on the date so fixed or on the next adjourned date and dispose of the said pending case, preferably, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
