When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport (Telangana) that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.28795 of 2017 by order, dated 28.08.2017. 2.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application before respondent No.2 for release of the vehicle bearing No.AR02-4130 and on such application being made, respondent No.2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 28.08.2017, in W.P.No.28795 of 2017 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
