HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38738 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess and demolish the petitioner's RCC building bearing house No.5-1-209/2, Civil Line, Yellandu Town and Mandal, Bhadradri, Kothagudem District, under road widening process, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to dispossess and demolish the aforesaid petitioner's property.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though it is alleged that the respondent Corporation is interfering with the possession of the petitioner and trying to dispossess him from his property bearing House No.5-1-209/2, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Corporation based on written instructions states that the respondents are not at all interfering with the petitioner's property.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
