Heard Sri S.Srinivas Reddy counsel for petitioners and Sri B.Mayur Reddy for respondent.

The companion W.P.No.137 of 2014 filed by the 1st respondent is dismissed. This Court while dismissing the said writ petition has granted six months time from today to vacate and handover possession to petitioners herein and respondents 4 to 9 therein. The counsel for petitioners relies on the orders of this Court in W.P.No.10428 of 2008, dated 06.01.2012 and W.A.No.1204 of 2012, dated 22.04.2013 and prays for allowing the writ petition. This Court since has granted six months time to respondents herein to vacate and deliver possession to petitioners herein while disposing of companion writ petition, this Court is of the view that the present writ petition can also be disposed of by this order. The respondents are given six months time from today to vacate and deliver possession to petitioners herein. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
