ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash order, dated 21.11.2012, in Original Application No.8843 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). A perusal of the record shows that the petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article226 of the Constitution of India for assailing the order passed by the Tribunal as far back as 21.11.2012. No explanation has been offered by the petitioners for the inordinate delay in approaching this Court. Therefore, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed only the ground of
