When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel representing the respondent placed the proceedings dated 16.12.2015 of the respondent, which is an order in compliance of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.12601 of 2014 in W.P.No.10043 of 2014 dated 02.04.2015.

2. In view of the order of compliance, which is taken on record, this contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
