Counsel for the petitioner: Sri G.Narender Reddy Counsel for the respondents: AEQUITASJURIS LAW FIRM The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT:

The Gram Panchayat, Manikonda Jagir, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, respondent No.2 in W.P.No.38079 of 2015, filed this contempt case alleging that in violation of interim order, dated 23.11.2015, in the said writ petition, the respondents have proceeded with the construction.

In compliance with the notice of this Court, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein they have averred that the construction of shed was almost complete and that after the interim order was passed, they were only laying the floor of the shed. As this Court felt that laying of floor is also a part of construction, it has adjourned the case to enable the respondents to file an affidavit undertaking not to make any further construction and also not to use the shed till the disposal of the writ petition. Accordingly, respondent

No.1 and the Chairman & Managing Director of respondent No.2 filed separate affidavits, wherein they have undertaken not to use the shed and also not to make any further construction till the disposal of the writ petition.

In the light of these affidavits, the learned counsel representing the petitioner submitted that the contempt case may be closed. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed with the direction to the respondents not to undertake any construction, including laying of the floor and not to use the shed till the disposal of the writ petition as undertaken by them.
