This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the notification dated 25.6.2016 issued by respondent No.4 is illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
