O R D E R

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The prayer of the petitioners in this case is as under: "It is therefore prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ or a direction one in the nature of writ of Heabus corpus by directing the respondents to produce the Minor child Namely Yuveen Reddy S/o Praneeth Reddy, aged 2 years before this Court by allowing the petitioners to interact with the minor and be pleased to pass orders as the Court sees fit."

The petitioners are the paternal grandparents of Yuveen Reddy, aged about 2 years, who is stated to be in the custody of his mother, the third respondent. It is not demonstrated before us as to how the custody of the mother of her two year old child can be categorized as illegal warranting issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.

The writ petition is utterly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. This order shall however not preclude the petitioners from taking recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
