The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 11.02.2015, passed in I.A.No.40 of 2014 in O.P.No.121 of 2009 by the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that O.P.No.121 of 2009 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, was allowed in part on 11.09.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 16.03.2015.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
