Heard V.H.V.R.R. Swamy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner filed WP.No.11397 of 2016 challenging order in Rc.D.160/ 2016 dated 16.03.2016 suspending the petitioner as authorized dealer. On 11.04.2016, the writ petition was disposed of. The complaint of petitioner in the present writ petition is that in spite of earlier orders, the enquiry is not completed and continuing the petitioner under suspension is illegal and arbitrary. 3.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that though this Court has granted time to petitioner, the petitioner did not submit explanation and the delay can be attributed to this circumstance as well.

The Court does not want to make any observation on the understanding of the second respondent. Petitioner seeks completion of enquiry pending against him. Without going into merits, the Court is satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order: The second respondent is directed to pass orders in the pending enquiry against the petitioner in Rc.D.160/ 2016 within four (4) weeks from today. Liberty is granted to petitioner to communicate the order for expeditious completion of enquiry.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
