ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 09.11.2010, in W.P.M.P.No.33916 of in W.P.No.26553 of 2010.

At the hearing, Mr.Srinivas Emani, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the contempt case, his client came to know that respondent No.2 addressed letter No.CPF/GDK/3/ADM/Staff Matters/3196, dated 06.02.2015, to respondent No.1 with a request to give promotion to her (petitioner) and that in view of the same, his client seeks to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to her to pursue with the respondents for promotion. In view of the above facts, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
