ORDER:- Heard.

2. Since the request of the petitioner is limited to the extent of seeking correction in pattadar passbook, the writ petition is heard and being disposed of at the stage of admission.

3. Petitioner filed a representation before the fourth respondent dated 10.08.2015 requesting him to correct the pattadar passbooks and title deeds already issued to the petitioner by correctly showing the extent of land as Ac.4-53 cents in survey No.95/1 instead of Ac.2-30 cents which is mentioned in the passbook. The said application is stated to be pending undisposed with the fourth respondent. To that extent of inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In the circumstances, therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid request of the petitioner and after verifying the records, pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
