Radhakrishnan) Mr. C. Raghu, learned counsel for the appellant, has filed a letter dated 26.10.2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal. The said letter is taken on record.

2. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Writ Appeal shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
