Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application for grant of exemption of payment of property tax was rejected by the 3rd respondent and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the same. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as not being pressed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law, if so advised.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
