THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8373 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners /A.2 to A.4 in C.C.No.926 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Narsampet, Warangal District.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
