THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 41827 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that the police authorities did not receive and register an offence basing on his complaint dated 05.12.2015. He admittedly did not take recourse to the remedy available under Section 154 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'the Cr.P.C') by approaching the Superintendent of Police, East Godavari District.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate measures in accordance with law, if the police authorities concerned fail to take necessary action upon his complaint in terms of the remedies provided under the Code. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
